Our catalog is online only.

Packing
We will pack your order in the safest, most cost effective method. Whenever possible we reuse cardboard cartons.

Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied! We back all things we sell and offer a 2 week guarantee from shipping date. We will not accept any returns unless we first issue an Return Authorization (RA) number. You will be responsible for shipping fees. Please call XXXXXXXXXXXX for any returns.

If any order is declined on delivery or returned by customer, customer is responsible for delivery charges.

Absolutely No Returns After 2 weeks!

Damaged items
Packages carried by UPS or USPS are subject to UPS or USPS inspection. If damage is discovered, please contact us immediately upon opening cartons. Hold damaged items and all packing materials for at least 5 days before returning to allow UPS or USPS to inspect if necessary.

Privacy Policy
Any information collected in the processing of your order, will not leave our office, will not be sold or otherwise conveyed to any other company. Our online ordering system is on a secure line SSL encrypted server. No one will have access to your credit card numbers, as we process our own credit cards.

Prices
All prices are subject to change without notice. Any incorrect price listed on our site, will be corrected when invoiced. If such a change occurs, we will notify you and get your approval before we ship your order.

All warranties must be settled directly with the manufacturer. Shipping charges are not refunded.

Shipping Policy and Rates
Not all items on our website are kept in stock at our store. If lengthy delivery times (more than 14 days) are expected, we will notify you by email for your approval before processing your order. We will confirm your order and expected delivery times, by email, within one business day of receiving the order.

We use UPS Ground, FedEx, or the US Postal System for all orders depending upon delivery location and which service will provide the best estimated delivery time. If special faster service is desired such as next day air, express, 2nd day air, etc.

There are additional shipping charges for Alaska and Hawaii. You will be notified by email of exact shipping amount for Alaska and Hawaii before your order is processed.

Next Day Air & 2nd Day Air There are additional charges for these services. If these services are desired we will notify you of the additional costs.

Shipping outside of the USA is possible in select areas only. Upon your request, we will notify you as to whether or not we may ship to your area. International freight charges will be determined at the time of shipping. All shipping, handling and customs charges are the responsibility of the person to whom the package is to be delivered.
